Made it to Florence Al. Jett says the cool kids on the playground are the ones who come out at night😂. Went through Wilson Lock it drops almost 90 feet down! Jett is now my first mate! Go Jett!!

Up and on our way down the river with my little buddy and shwab Jett! It was a beautiful day on the river with lots of beautiful views. Jett helped me work on the boat and just hanging out playing many many hands of UNO. We went out on deck and had truckers HONK at us from the interstate close to Hales Bar. As we traveled down the river the wind picked up and so did the waves. Winds got up to 30 knots and waves 2-3 ft. We actually saw the Pinta ( replica ship from Columbus’s fleet). I tried to wake Jett but that’s like waking up a sleeping rock! haha

Steve waited for me at the bluffs in Chattanooga while i spent the whole day in Dalton Ga watching Jett and his team the Chattanooga Drip win every game and take home the championship. Afterwards Daniel and Danielle dropped us off at the boat to get ready for our new adventure with Jett spending the first week with us to be picked up with Daniel and Danielle at the Marina in Florence AL. They have a great place to eat there called the river bottom grill.
